How listings work

Every school is listed

Every international school in a covered city has a listing with the essentials: curriculum, ages, fee range, location and contact details. We compile these from public sources; schools keep them accurate by claiming the listing, which is free. Missing one? Suggest a school. We check every suggestion before it goes live.

Paid listings

Schools can pay for a richer listing: more photos, a full description, fees by year group, video, a "Contact admissions" button and featured placement on city pages and in our city guides. Paid listings carry a "Featured" label ("Premium" for the top tier) on the profile and on cards, so you can always tell which content the school provides. A green "Claimed" mark on a photo means the school manages its own listing. Details and prices are on the For schools page and in our terms.

Research data

Alongside the facts schools maintain, Prospectus compiles research shown on every listing whatever its plan. School representatives cannot edit it:

Fees are stored and shown in the currency the school charges in. If you choose a display currency, converted amounts are approximate: recent mid-market reference rates (European Central Bank), rounded to three significant figures.

Corrections

Every listing carries a "report an error" link. We check every report. Schools can skip the reporting queue: claim the listing with a school-domain email (approved instantly) and fix it yourselves. Corrections go live the moment you save.
