Hong Kong needs 40-50 new school campuses by 2035, CBRE says

CBRE projects Hong Kong will draw about 200,000 additional non-local students by 2035, with international schools alone needing 40 to 50 new campuses to accommodate 30,000 to 40,000 extra pupils. NLCS Singapore names Anthony Coles director after leadership shake-up

North London Collegiate School's Singapore campus has named Anthony Coles, previously head of Dulwich College Beijing, as director for the 2026-27 academic year, succeeding founding principal Paul Friend. The change follows a Financial Times investigation late last year into alleged bullying, misogyny and safeguarding lapses at the school, which also led to the resignation of NLCS International's chief executive.
